GetRepurpose provides an API that transforms long-form content into multiple formats including Twitter threads, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, summaries, and more.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
One account per person or organization
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
Violate any laws or third-party rights
Impersonate others or spread misinformation
Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
Reverse engineer or copy the Service
Process content that infringes copyrights
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit
You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service
You represent that you have the right to use and submit the content
We do not claim ownership of outputs generated from your content
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in service suspension
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetRepurpose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetRepurpose from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
